Golden Tiger Casino

The Golden Tiger Casino has been around for quite some time now and they are known for their high quality gaming experience that they provide for their players.  Golden Tiger uses Microgaming Software to power their site and this software is very unique and gives the players many beneficial options and features while they are guests at Golden Tiger Casino.  Some of the benefits that the player can enjoy is the fact that there are over 250 different games to choose from.  Each game has it’s own flavor, taste, if you will and are really fun to play. Golden Tiger Casino comes highy recommended by Online Casinos.org.

As I stated earlier,  the games at Golden Tiger are very unique, when the player is involve with the games the sound that comes out of the speakers is great, and the graphics during play make it seem as if you are actually there.  Some have said that, when you are playing some of the games it actually feels like you are in a real casino on the Vegas Strip.  Another unique option that they have on this site is the Free Play Feature.  For all new players, they offer Free Play, and not like most web sites, the Free Play here is unlimited.  When you first sign on to their web site just simply select the Free Play option, this allows the player to play any game for free as long as they want.

The Bonuses that they offer at Golden Tiger are fantastic and the match plays that they offer are great as well. The payouts are above average and I have heard that they are even higher than any land-based casino payouts.  It is real easy to get started with their quick download software ,you can be playing all of their games within minutes of you logging in.  If you ever have an questions about anything they have a great Customer Service program.  The Customer Service is availible 24 ours a day 7 days a week.  They have many different ways that they can be reached.  You can call them toll-free or can shoot them an e-mail.  However, the fastest way to reach them is the live -chat feature.

Golden Tiger Casino prides themselves on the security that they offer all of their players.  Because they use Microgaming Software to power their web site, they have the ability to protect each and every players personal information.  They promise that they will never share, or sell your information to anyone for any reason.  The security software they use prevents any spy ware or any kind of breach in their system.  This software is watched and updated when ever updates are availible.  The bottom line is this, If you want to feel safe and secure while playing games online, then this is the site for you.  Don’t just take my word for it, go check it out for yourself.

About Online Casinos

If you enjoy playing cards, playing slot machines, the roulette wheel, craps, or any other game than you need to check you Online Casinos.  On the Internet there are so many different web sites that offer Online Gaming and most of them offer free play.  Free play is where the Online Casinos actually give the player free play money so that the player can get use to all of the games that they offer on their site.  It is also great for new player because they can learn the rules of each game.

When trying to find a web site that you want to try just simply Google “Online Casinos”, just click on the first one you see and search for free play, or play for fun option.  There will be a list of games, pick one you want and begin to play.  Some of the web sites will require you to register, but this is no big deal, so go ahead and do it.  Another great way to play these games is with what they call flash play.  This just simply means that you do not need to download the software in order to play the games.

Lets say you have clicked on Blackjack, when you first start look for  the rules, They will give you a description of all the rules and how to play.  Some of the web sites offer Live Chat so you can even talk to someone who is in Customer Service if you need to.  All of the games that you can find in a land casino you can pretty much find on a Online Casino.  I personally think that the easiest game to play is Blackjack, so thats why I started with that one.

Once you have played a game for a while and feel comfortable with the game then you can switch from free play, or play for fum to real play, or play for money.  Do some research on which Online Casino you want deposit money with.  Most Online Casinos are safe to make deposits and most Online Casinos offer new player bonuses.  They will match your first deposit up to a certain amount, usually around $100-$200.  Do some research before you do this and you will find better deals the more research that you do.  Remember, Gambling is a form of entertainment, so have fun when you are doing it and make sure you have a budget and know how much money you can afford to lose. Good Luck.

Edward Davidson “Spam King”

Edward Davidson AKA Spam King, was convicted of  illegal spamming over the Internet back in June 2007 and was sentenced to 21 months in prison.  After serving just a few months, Edward escaped prison and went to his wife’s house and shot and killed his wife and  child.  When the police showed up at the residence they found 3 bodies, wife, child, and Edward himself, they are ruling it a murder suicide.  No one really knows for sure why Edward decided to do what he did, in addition , with little evidence we may never know.

Davidson was being investigated by the FBI  for spamming for over a year, before they charged him with anything.  Edward was sending thousands of unsolicited commercial electronic messages (spamming) to companies each day.  He had a  network of fellow spammers who helped him do this on a daily basis.  He was promoting products such as watches, perfumes and other products.   Edward had a large network set up and he was operating this whole thing from his residence in Colorado.  He had servers and computers set up right in his house, it was a unique set up to find in a home.  Edward had 19 different companies that he was working for at the time of his arrest.

Spamming is a major concern on the Internet as well as Internet Fraud.  With new up to date technology coming out it is becoming easier to catch and even prevent these type of things that are going on, on the Internet.  There are also upgrades in the Online  Software that the  being used to prevent spammers and in addition the penalties are getting stiffer and as you can see the FBI is not letting this slide.  There are many spammers that are currently doing time and there will always be someone out there who thinks that they can beat the system. All we can do is try and keep them from being successful.

In closing the one good thing that happened at Edwards house that sad day was his oldest daughter was shot but survived and his other young son was not hurt at all.  As was stated before, we don’t know what was going on in Edwards head the day of the murders, we can only imagine that he could not bear to be without his family and now he never will.  Our hearts and prayers go out to the survivors in his family.

Online Casinos

Online Casinos have a lot of competition on the Internet and sometimes some Online Casinos do things that they are not supposed to do, in order to get more players to  their web sites.  There are a few rules that the Online Casinos must abide by or they will get put on what some call the “Blacklist”.  Online Casino’s  get put on this list when they do things like not paying players their winnings, excessive spamming, as well as e-mail fraud.

Online Casinos can also get put on the list by stealing ideas from other web sites and posting them on theirs.  Any type of bad marketing tactics are frowned upon and this can also get them put on the list.  As long as these Online Casinos pay attention to the rules and follow them they will stay of the list.   Sometimes when new Online Casinos come to be they have chosen to use a type of software that they have designed  themselves and sometimes they program the software to cheat the player.  Whether it is at Blackjack of at the Roulette Wheel they make it so it is not fair or the player.

Some casinos have even gone as far as to copy the design from one web site and change the logo and put it on their site.  This obviously is a copyright issue and can not be tolerated, so these web sites get flagged and put on the list as well.  It is never a good idea to copy something  from some one then try to make money from doing it.  In the Online Gaming Industry it is a hard job to keep track of these things, however, it is a necessity so that the Online Gaming Industry is kept fair for the players as well as the competition.

Another way they can get put on this list is, when they don’t explain on their web site the details of their payouts as well as their bonuses.  Some web sites have gone as far as when a player has won a bonus the web site simply denies the request and does not payout the bonus.  Obviously this is not good practice not to mention being fair.  There is a list of all these web sites online, and the list even goes as far as to explain why each one is on the list.  The last thing people want is to get on the list without due cause.  There is a investigation to all these complaints before they get put on the list, and most of the times the web sites do not even question the complaints because they know that they are guilty.

Online Casinos

Online Casinos have been around fr sometime now and they have always been controversial.  The government has always been trying to find ways to make it illegal.  Some say that the government should make it legal and just tax it.  It has been said that if they made Online Gambling legal and taxed it that it would be the best thing for today’s economy.  It would give so many people job and the amount of money involved would boost our economy.

Back in 2002,  the Online Gambling web sites brought in an estimated  $2.2 Billion and by 2003 should triple to $6.6 Billion. This amount of money could only help the U.S. economy and give Millions of job opportunities to the citizens of the U.S.  At this time in 2002 there were about 1400 Online Casinos.  The advertising alone on the web sites could bring in Millions of dollars and this would also positively affect the economy.

Other ways that the government gets taxes from gambling is state lotteries.  There are 44 states that currently have lotteries and 29 states have casinos.  It is a known fact that the government makes a very high percentage of it’s income by taxing the gambling industry.  Some would say why stop now,  if the government grabbed a hold of the Online Gambling Industry and used the taxes that they collected from it, it would cure almost every financial issue we have today.

There is also a very big issue with Online Gambling and that is underage gambling. We  have to be responsible for keeping kids from gambling, and there are many companies who have devoted their time, effort and energy to making this possible.  There are many different styles of software that has been developed to keep the Online Gaming Industry kid free.  This is a very important thing to do and has been pretty much perfected by many different companies.

Online Gambling

Online Gambling is steadily growing fast and is getting very popular not just in the U.S. but all over the world.  Many Online Casinos are adapting to this by providing there online games in many different languages.  Americans spend an astounding $586 Billion a year on gambling, yes I will repeat it, $586 Billion a year.  Approximately $1.2 Billion of that is spent Online.  They speculate that in the near future that could rise to $10 Billion.

Many Online Casinos allow Americans to play games and place bets on their web sites, however, this may soon change.  There is a pending lawsuit against offshore Internet companies, the suit consist of 14 different  casino owners  being charged with conspiracy.  This lawsuit is based on the Wire Act which was passed in 1961 which makes placing bets over the phone illegal.  While the lawsuit is going on it is still legal to gamble over the Internet.  Only businesses based out of the country are allowed to operate online casinos.

Nevada is the first state to pass a law which keeps people from betting or accepting bets over the Internet.  Even if someone is caught breaking this law  it would be very hard to convict that person in a court of law. Many politicians think that laws like this still need to exist.  Internet gambling web sites can only be prosecuted under the Wire Act.

Enforcement is the biggest challenge facing lawmakers who want to regulate and eventually ban online gambling altogether.  There is a question to who should be liable when prosecution comes into play.  Should it be the casino owners or should it be the player.  Some people think maybe it should be the banks that could be held responsible for letting the illegal transaction go through.  Who knows what is going to happen, so in the mean time keep on gambling.

Online Casino News

Warren Cloud, a 34 year old Online Casino pioneer suffered a massive heart attack while he was on his yacht and passed away due to complications.  Warren was well known for successfully operating more than 10 casinos, and his net worth was estimated at 1 Billion U.S. Dollars.  There are many unanswered question about his recent death.  He was on his yacht just outside the famous Island of Ibiza, Spain.  He was also well known for his part in making the Online Casino Software  “RealTime”  the most popular around.

Warren Clouds U.S. Online Casino sites were shut down 2 weeks after his death.  A spokesperson stated that people need to remove their money from these sites before July 31st, or risk losing it, there has been no reason expressed why the U.S. sites have been shut down, however, we will soon find out whether it is permanent.

There has been some negative things said about the late Clouds work ethic but I am choosing not repeat those till they are verified.  What I will tell you is he has had some complaints about players not getting paid, however these complaints are only coming from new player who are misusing promotionl bonuses.  What this mens is that new players are given free money to play real games. They win with the money then ask for the winnings.  This is not how the promotional bonus program works,  you must keep investing the promotional bonus money till your winnings equal the original deposit.

As  stated before when Mr. Cloud passed away he was currently operating 10 casinos and was making Millions, obviously he was good at what he did.  Unfortunately because of his untimely demise he has left some creditors with some money owed, we will see what happens with the outcome of this. My heart goes out to the family members of Mr. Cloud and hope all is well. God Bless.

Online Gambling and Kids

Many people believe that Online Casinos encourage underage kids to visit their web sites, this could not be further from the truth.  It is a misconception that they want them to go anywhere near their sites, and  for many different reasons not just because it is illegal.  Online Casinos only want players who are 18 years old and that know the risk that they are taking. Does underage Online gambling happen?  Unfortunately, it does, however it also even happens at Casinos on land as well.

There are many ways on how to keep are kids out of the Online Casinos, however, it really starts with the parents.  Companies have spent many millions of dollars developing software to keep kids from gambling online as well as other sites that are not meant for kids.  If the parents do not go the extra mile and install these onto their computers then we are still going to have this problem.

There is no substitute for parenting, know what your kids are doing when they are online, when they close that door you do not know what they are doing.  My suggestion to you as a parent is do not have a computer in the kids bedroom, keep it out in the family room because there are a lot worse things on the Internet than Online Casinos.  You can even get  software that tells you where they have been on the Internet and others that keep them from going to web sites with certain key words, that you program into it.

Parents, also pay attention to there spending habits,  the easiest way to make a deposit at a Online Casino is with a credit/debit card. If your kids are still living at home you have ways to access their credit card transactions.  Obviously you should speak with them before it gets this far but sometimes you are busy and work two jobs, we understand.  It is just very simple to take care of underage gambling,  you do your job and we will do ours.  Now we are not telling you to tell the kids not to ever gamble, just until they have become an adult and can make educated decisions for themselves. Thank You for helping us help you keep the kids safe.

Online Casinos

Back in 2006 Congress passed a new bill (UIGEA) Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, most people think that this bill makes online gambling illegal, however, it actually only requires banks in the United States to decline any money transactions that are going to online casinos.  Many members of the US Treasury as well as members from the American Bankers Association are expressing the need to dissolve this bill because of the many flaws it has and also how it is unenforceable.

Another well taken point was made when a spokesperson from  “Wells Fargo” stated the fact that on any given day their company handles over 30 Million transactions a day and there is no way that they can weed through all these transaction and pick out the transactions that are going Solly to online gambling  web sites.   He  also went on to say that if they did take the time, effort and energy to do such a thing that it would take away from the quality service that they provide their current customers.  He also stated that in all actuality they would have to hire more employees, train these employees, and this would now affect his bottom line.

The head of the Federal Reserves Bank stated that the (UIEGA) 2006 is way to vague and impossible to enforce.  How are we supposed to be able to tell the difference between legal and illegal bank transactions when currently there are many legal online casinos that are still allowed to accept money from banks/online gamblers.  The (UIGEA) 2006 does not describe nor does it explain what, when, who specifically is not allowed to receive money from. This bill should of never been passed and needs to be dissolved or at least looked at.

A reporter from Online Casino Advisory stated recently in a article that he wrote, his headline read ” Congressional Hearing   Finds Unanimous Disapproval Of UIGEA”.  That is a pretty strong title to an article, I might add.  He went on to say that “The UIEGA is so poorly written that actual enforcement of this law against online gambling is problematic at best”.  Just this one line in this article should turn heads. we will see what happens, vote for Obama!!
